Each ride comes with a daily KM limit (shown during booking). Exceeding this limit will incur an extra charge per KM, mentioned transparently in the app.
Yes! One helmet is complimentary with every ride. You can add an additional helmet at a small extra cost during checkout.
You can easily extend your journey from the app before your ride ends (extension allowed up to 2 hours before end time). Charges will apply as per the updated duration.
A grace period is provided, post which late return penalties will apply. We recommend setting a reminder via the app and returning the bike on time to avoid extra charges.
