LOCO RIDES – CANCELLATION POLICY

At LocoRides, we understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy ensures a fair balance between flexibility for our customers and operational efficiency for our service. Please read the policy carefully before booking.

1. Cancellation Rules & Refund Policy

A. Cancellations Before Ride Start Time

  • More than 24 hours before the booking start time
    20% of the total booking amount (up to ₹2500) will be deducted as a service charge.
    The remaining amount will be refunded to the original payment source.
  • Less than 24 hours but at least 3 hours before the booking start time
    50% of the total booking amount (up to ₹3000) will be deducted as a cancellation fee.
    ✅ The remaining amount will be refunded to the original payment source.
  • Within 3 hours of the booking start time
    ❌ Only 20% of the total booking amount will be refunded.

B. Refund Processing

  • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.
  • Refund timelines may vary depending on your bank/payment provider.

 

2. Modifications & Early Returns

  • Booking Modifications: Changes in rental period, pickup time, or bike model are subject to availability. Any additional charges must be paid before confirmation.
  • Early Return Policy: If you return the bike before the booked duration ends, no refund will be provided for the unused period.

3. Force Majeure & Exceptions

In rare cases of unavoidable circumstances (e.g., severe weather, natural disasters, government restrictions), Loco Rides reserves the right to:
✅ Reschedule the booking at no extra cost OR
✅ Issue a full refund based on the situation.
