    • Cancellations made at least 7 days before the scheduled pickup time are eligible for a full refund.
    • Cancellations made within 7 days of the scheduled pickup time may be subject to a cancellation fee.
  2. Cancellation Process:
    • To cancel your reservation, please contact us via phone or email with your reservation details.
    • Cancellations are only considered valid upon receiving confirmation from Loco Rides.
  3. Refunds:
    • Refunds for cancellations will be processed to the original payment method.
    • Depending on your bank or credit card issuer, it may take up to [X days] for the refund to appear in your account.
  4. No-Show Policy:
    • If you fail to pick up the motorbike at the scheduled time without prior notice, it will be considered a no-show.
    • No-shows are not eligible for refunds.
