1. Rental Period: The rental period begins at the time of pickup and ends at the scheduled return time. Any extension must be communicated and approved in advance.
2. Return Requirements:
   • The motorbike must be returned to the designated rental location by the agreed-upon time.
   • The motorbike should be in the same condition as it was at the time of rental, with normal wear and tear expected.
   • All accessories provided (e.g., helmets, locks) must be returned along with the motorbike.
3. Late Returns: If you are unable to return the motorbike on time, please contact us immediately. Late returns may incur additional charges.
4. Damages: Customers are responsible for any damages to the motorbike during the rental period. We assess damages upon return and may charge repair or replacement costs as necessary.
5. Refunds: Refunds are generally not provided for early returns. For cancellations made in advance, please refer to our cancellation policy.
6. Cancellation Policy: Please refer to our separate cancellation policy for information on canceling a reservation.
7. Excess Mileage: Additional charges may apply for exceeding the mileage limit specified in your rental agreement.
8. Conditions of Use: The motorbike must be used in accordance with local laws and manufacturer guidelines. Any misuse may result in termination of the rental agreement.
9. Insurance: Customers are encouraged to review their insurance coverage. We offer optional insurance plans for added peace of mind.
