What documents do I need?

A valid government photo ID and your driving licence. Gearless scooters need a two-wheeler licence (or IDP for foreign visitors); geared bikes like the Classic 350 need a licence valid for gear (MCWG).

Do you deliver to my hotel or homestay?

Yes. We deliver free anywhere on North Cliff and Varkala Beach, and to the railway station on request. Just tell us where you're staying.

Is a helmet included?

Always. Every two-wheeler goes out with at least one clean helmet — pillion helmets on request, at no extra cost.

Is there a security deposit?

A small refundable deposit applies and varies by vehicle. It's shown at checkout and returned in full at drop-off.

When do I pay?

Payment is required online via Razorpay when you book — same as the Android app. Your booking is confirmed once payment succeeds.

Can I rent by the hour or by the week?

Yes — hourly, daily, weekly and full-trip rentals, with better rates the longer you ride. Message us for a custom quote.

Do you rent to foreign travellers?

Yes — bring your passport and a valid driving licence or International Driving Permit. Many of our riders are visiting from abroad.

You are the person our riders actually meet. You deliver the bike, hand over the helmet, make sure the ride is spotless and get travellers on the road without fuss.

What you'll do

  • Deliver and collect scooters and bikes across Varkala — North Cliff, the beach, homestays and the railway station.
  • Check every vehicle before it goes out: fuel, tyres, brakes, lights and a clean helmet in the box.
  • Walk riders through the controls, the paperwork and the local road rules, especially first-time visitors.
  • Keep the fleet tidy and flag anything that needs servicing before it becomes a breakdown.
  • Answer rider calls and messages during your shift and sort problems on the spot where you can.

What we're looking for

  • A valid two-wheeler driving licence and confident riding on Varkala roads.
  • You know the area — the cliff, the beach roads and the shortcuts.
  • Comfortable talking to travellers; conversational English alongside Malayalam.
  • Reliable with timings. Riders are on holiday and a late delivery ruins a day.
  • Basic smartphone use for bookings and updates.

You get a booking reference on screen the moment payment goes through, and the same booking appears under My Bookings when you are logged in. If you ever lose the reference, log in with the phone number you booked with and it will be there.

Bookings made on the website are paid online so the vehicle is reserved and held for you. If you would rather arrange something else, message us on WhatsApp before you book and we will sort it out.

No. The price you see at checkout includes the rental and any add-ons you picked, with taxes shown separately before you pay. Fuel and any traffic fines during your rental are the only things you pay for on your own.

Yes — bring your passport and a valid driving licence or International Driving Permit. Many of our riders are visiting from abroad.

A one-time licence check keeps every rider on the road legally insured and lets us hand the keys over without paperwork at delivery. You upload it once from your account and it carries across all your future bookings.

You need to be old enough to hold a valid licence for the class of vehicle you are renting. Bring the licence itself — a photo of it on your phone is not enough on its own.

Delivery & pickup

Where we drop off, and when.

Yes. We deliver free anywhere on North Cliff and Varkala Beach, and to the railway station on request. Just tell us where you're staying.

Same-day is usually fine outside peak season, but December to February the good scooters go quickly. Booking a day or two ahead means you get the exact vehicle you picked rather than the nearest match.

You choose your pickup and drop-off times when you search, and we work around your travel — early trains and late buses included. Pick the times that suit your trip and we will be there.

The person riding has to be the person on the booking, with their own licence and ID. If your plans change, message us and we will move the booking to the right rider.

On the road

Call or WhatsApp us and we will come to you. If it cannot be fixed on the spot we swap the vehicle out so you are not stuck waiting on a repair.

Yes — plenty of our riders head to Kappil, Ponnumthuruthu or further along the coast. Tell us if you are planning a long trip so we can put you on a vehicle that suits the distance.

Ride carefully and wear your helmet — that covers most of it. Minor scuffs from normal use are on us; damage from an accident or misuse is assessed against the deposit, and we always show you what we found before anything is deducted.

Changes & cancellations

Plans change — here is how we handle it.

Yes, subject to the vehicle being free for the new dates. Message us on WhatsApp with your booking reference and we will move it across.

Message us with your booking reference and we will cancel it and confirm the refund. The cancellation terms that apply to your rental are shown at checkout before you pay.

Almost always — just message us before your drop-off time rather than after. Extending early means we can hold the same vehicle for you instead of having to swap you onto another one.
